# Connect Lyfta to Health Connect

> Send a finished Lyfta workout to Health Connect on Android, including Google Fit and Samsung Health.

Health Connect is the link between Lyfta and health apps on Android. After you connect, Lyfta sends finished workouts there. It does not copy old history into Lyfta, and it does not put the live session on a watch.

Google Fit and Samsung Health no longer connect to Lyfta directly. Connect both apps through Health Connect.

## Connect Health Connect

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Integrations, tap Health Connect.
3. Connect and allow Lyfta to write workouts.
4. Finish a workout in Lyfta, then check Health Connect.

If Lyfta says Health Connect is not installed, install Health Connect from the Play Store and repeat the steps.

Tap Google Fit or Samsung Health in Settings only to read that message. The connection itself is Health Connect.

A session left open is not sent. Finish the workout in Lyfta first.

## If Health Connect stays empty

- Health Connect still says Not Connected: open Health Connect, allow Lyfta, then finish one new workout.
- The workout is in Lyfta but missing in Google Fit or Samsung Health: connect those apps to Health Connect, not only to Lyfta.
- Older workouts never appear: Health Connect receives workouts you finish after the connection. It does not backfill history.
