Lyfta can connect to health and fitness services to share workout data. You control these connections and can revoke access at any time.

## Current integrations

- **Apple Health (iOS):** Write workouts and read health metrics.
- **Health Connect (Android):** Write workouts and read health metrics.
- **Strava:** Post completed workouts as activities.

For setup instructions, see:

## What data is shared

**To Apple Health or Health Connect:** Completed workouts (duration, calories, workout type). If you grant read permissions, Lyfta may also access weight, heart rate, or other metrics you allow.

**To Strava:** Workout summary (duration, exercises performed), and optionally images or detailed stats depending on your sharing settings.

Lyfta only shares data you explicitly authorize. Connections are one-way unless you grant additional permissions.

## Revoke Apple Health permissions

1. Open the **Health** app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your profile picture, then **Apps**.
3. Find **Lyfta** and tap it.
4. Turn off the permissions you want to revoke, or tap **Delete All Data from Lyfta**.

Lyfta will no longer write to or read from Apple Health for the disabled permissions.

## Revoke Health Connect permissions

1. Open **Settings** on your Android phone.
2. Go to **Privacy** → **Health Connect** (or search for Health Connect).
3. Tap **App permissions**, then **Lyfta**.
4. Turn off the permissions you want to revoke, or remove Lyfta entirely.

You can also disconnect from Lyfta's Settings → Integrations → Health Connect.

## Disconnect Strava

1. Open **Settings** in Lyfta.
2. Under Integrations, tap **Strava**.
3. Tap **Disconnect**.

To fully revoke Strava's connection, also go to Strava → Settings → My Apps → Lyfta → Revoke Access.

## Third-party login providers

If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you can manage those connections in the respective service's settings. Disconnecting a login provider doesn't delete your Lyfta account—you'll need to set up a password or use another sign-in method first.
