# Download your data

You can request a copy of the personal data Lyfta holds about you. This includes your profile information, workout history, and other data associated with your account.

## Request your data

1. Email support@lyfta.app from the email address on your Lyfta account.
2. Include "Data export request" in the subject line.
3. We'll verify your identity and prepare your data.
4. You'll receive a download link by email within 30 days.

Your data will be provided in a machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV) so you can review it or transfer it to another service.

## What's included

- Account and profile information
- Workout history (exercises, sets, reps, weights, dates)
- Body measurements
- Custom exercises and routines you created
- Connections and integrations settings

Progress photos may be included or provided separately, depending on file size.

## What's not included

- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can't identify you
- Data that Lyfta doesn't store (such as workout data you deleted)

## Export workouts for another app

If you want to move your workout history to another fitness app, mention that in your request. We can provide data in formats compatible with common fitness trackers where possible.
