A workout streak is how many weeks in a row include at least one finished workout. One workout in the week is enough. Rest days do not need a log.

The week follows **First Day of Week** in Settings. If that day is Saturday, the week runs Saturday through Friday. A workout on the last day of that week still counts.

## This week can still be empty

The streak does not drop on the first day of a new week. It keeps counting from last week until this week ends. Finish one workout before the week ends and the streak continues.

## When a streak ends

The streak ends when a full week passes with no finished workout. The next workout starts a new streak. It does not fill the gap.

Logging a walk, a stretch, or a short session counts the same as a gym workout, as long as you finish it. A session left open, or discarded, does not count.

> **Missed a week?** Support cannot put that week back. Finish a workout this week to start again.

## The number dropped but the workouts are still there

Open history and check the week that looks empty.

- The workout is there, but the streak skipped it. Email support@lyfta.app with the account email and the date of that workout.
- The workout is missing from history. It was not saved. See [How to log a workout](/en/article/logging-workouts).
- History on this phone does not match another device. You may be in a different account. Email support@lyfta.app before you delete anything.
