Lyfta collects only the data needed to provide the workout tracking service. This page summarizes what we collect and why. For the full legal text, see the [Privacy Policy](https://www.lyfta.app/privacy).

## What Lyfta collects

**Account information:** Email address, name, and profile details you provide when you sign up or edit your profile.

**Workout and fitness data:** Exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout duration, body measurements, and progress photos you log. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, Lyfta may read or write health and fitness data you allow.

**Usage data:** How you use the app, which screens you visit, and technical details like device type, operating system, and IP address.

**Sign-in credentials:** If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, Lyfta receives basic profile information (name, email) from that provider to create or link your account.

## How Lyfta uses your data

- **Provide the service:** Store your workouts, sync across devices, and show your progress.
- **Improve the app:** Understand how features are used so we can make them better.
- **Communicate with you:** Send emails about your account, security, or updates when necessary.
- **Support:** Help you when you contact us.

## Who can see your data
