How to cancel Premium
Cancel Lyfta Premium in the app, or in the App Store or Google Play if that is who bills you.
Cancel Premium in Lyfta when Lyfta bills you. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, that store owns the subscription and you finish canceling there.
Cancel in the Lyfta app
- Open Lyfta and go to Settings.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Canceling stops the next charge. It does not return a payment that already went through. To ask for money back, request a refund.
Trial: If you cancel during a free trial, do it before the date shown at checkout. That is what stops the first charge. Trial length and price depend on the plan and the store, and a trial that has ended does not start again on its own.
Your workouts, routines, and history stay on the account. The free version still lets you log workouts. Premium analysis, recaps, and programs stop when the paid period ends.
If you subscribed on iPhone
The App Store bills you, not Lyfta.
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Lyfta.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
If Manage Subscription in Lyfta opens the App Store, finish the cancellation there.
If you subscribed on Android
Google Play bills you, not Lyfta.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Lyfta.
- Select Cancel subscription.
If you subscribed on the web
Use Manage Subscription in Lyfta, the same steps as above. If you do not see Cancel Subscription, email support@lyfta.app from the address on the account and say you want to cancel.
No cancel option?
The subscription belongs to whichever store or account started it.
- Open Manage Subscription in Lyfta and check which plan is listed.
- On iPhone, also check Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- On Android, also check Google Play → Subscriptions.
A charge on another login is a different subscription. Sign out and try the other email, Apple ID, or Google account before you start a new plan.
Already on the free plan?
There is nothing to cancel, and Lyfta has no card on that account.
If money is still leaving your account, the subscription is probably on another login or in the App Store or Google Play. See why you were charged.
