Signed in, but your workouts are missing
You may be in a new, empty Lyfta account. Sign in with the same method you used before.
Your workouts, routines, and Premium stay on the Lyfta account you created them in. Signing in a different way can open a second account that looks empty.
Sign in to the original account
- Sign out of the empty account.
- Sign in with the same method you used when the workouts were there: email, Google, or Apple.
- Check history and routines before you log anything new.
Note: Do not create another account to get the old data back. A new sign-in does not move workouts or Premium onto the empty account.
If you do not recognize the email
The old account is tied to an email or a sign-in method you may have forgotten. Email support@lyfta.app and include:
- any email address you might have used
- whether you signed in with Google or Apple
- when you last saw your workouts
- a link to your public profile, if you still have one
If the app only offers a new account
After a phone reset, Lyfta can open on create-account instead of sign-in. If it says the email already has an account, that email is the original one. Use sign-in for that email, not a new signup. If you cannot find sign-in, email support@lyfta.app from the address you are trying to use.
If Premium is on the old account
The subscription stays on the account that bought it. Do not subscribe again on the empty account. If you have an App Store or Google Play receipt, include that email when you contact support.
