Request a refund

Ask for a Lyfta Premium refund from Apple, Google Play, or Lyfta, depending on who charged you.

Who charged you is who can refund you. Lyfta cannot refund an App Store or Google Play payment.

Canceling stops the next charge. It does not return a payment that already went through. If you also want future charges to stop, cancel Premium after you request the refund.

If Apple charged you

Use Apple’s refund page. Apple usually replies within 48 hours.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID that paid for Lyfta.
  3. Find the Lyfta subscription or purchase.
  4. Select Report a Problem next to the charge.
  5. Choose a reason and submit.

If Google Play charged you

Google Play handles the refund. For most purchases, Play only accepts a refund request within 48 hours of the charge.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Lyfta.
  4. Tap Contact us, or open Google Play Help.
  5. Submit the refund request.

If you paid Lyfta on the web

Email support@lyfta.app. Include the email on your Lyfta account and why you want the refund.

Lyfta reviews web refunds in 1–2 business days. If the refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method and usually shows up in 5–10 business days.

You don’t know who charged you

Check the name on the bank or card line, then use the matching section above.

  • Apple, App Store, or itunes: Apple charged you.
  • Google Play or Google: Google Play charged you.
  • Lyfta: you paid on the web.

A trial that converted to a paid plan is still refunded by whoever processed that charge. See charged after a trial or renewal if you are not sure the charge was expected.
