Connect Lyfta to Strava

Finished workouts can post to Strava after you connect. The Settings path is the same on iPhone and Android. This does not copy old history into Lyfta, and it does not put the live session on a watch.

Connect Strava

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Integrations, tap Strava.
3. Tap Connect to Strava and approve access in Strava.
4. Finish a workout in Lyfta. Strava should show a new activity.

Lyfta should then say Connected. Sharing options on that screen choose the description, sets, and images.

A session left open is not sent. Finish the workout in Lyfta first.

If Strava stays empty

• Lyfta still says Not Connected after Strava’s approve page closes: connect again from Settings. Do not paste a token unless Strava already showed you one on that screen.
• Images will not attach: reconnect Strava from the same screen so the newer permission is granted.
• The workout is in Lyfta but missing in Strava: finish one new workout after Settings says Connected, then check Strava again.

To send the workout to Health Connect or Apple Health instead, see Connect Lyfta to Health Connect or Connect Lyfta to Apple Health. To bring old logs in from Hevy, Strong, or JEFIT, use Import workouts from another app.
