Can I recover a deleted workout?
A deleted workout is not guaranteed to come back. Log the session again on the day you trained.
Deleting a workout removes it from History. Emailing support does not guarantee that the workout comes back. Log it again.
Log it again
Add the session the way you would log any workout from an earlier day, then set the date to the day you trained. Follow Log a workout from the past.
Use the exercises, sets, reps, and weights you still remember. History then shows the workout you saved, not the one you deleted.
If you are not sure it was deleted
A missing workout is not always a delete.
- You discarded it on Finish Workout: it was never saved. Log it again.
- History is empty after a new sign-in or a new phone: you may be on another account, or the phone has not synced. See Signed in, but your workouts are missing.
- You finished it and it disappeared from the account you know is correct: pull to refresh History and stay online for a moment. See How to log a workout.
If you still write to support
Email support@lyfta.app and say you want us to check whether that workout is still on the account. Include the account email, the date, and the exercises you remember.
A reply only means we looked. It does not mean the deleted workout will be restored. If it is gone, log it again from the past.
