Lyfta on Garmin
There is no Garmin connection in Lyfta. A finished workout can leave the app as a FIT or CSV file.
There is no Garmin row under Integrations. Lyfta cannot sign in to Garmin Connect from Settings.
A Garmin watch is not a stand-in for the Apple Watch or Wear OS app. Live heart rate from a Garmin watch is not shown in the workout.
If you need the workout in Garmin Connect
Export from Lyfta is a file (FIT or CSV), not a live connection. Import that file in Garmin Connect.
If the import fails, email support@lyfta.app with the phone type, the file type, and the error. Say whether you mean Garmin Connect or the watch itself.
To follow a live session on a watch Lyfta does support, see Lyfta on Apple Watch or Lyfta on Wear OS. To send a finished workout somewhere else, see Connect Lyfta to Strava, Connect Lyfta to Health Connect, or Connect Lyfta to Apple Health.
